<p>Razzaq Engineering Services – RES Pakistan successfully completed specialized core cutting, concrete drilling, chemical anchoring and vibration-free concrete cutting work at the University of Baltistan, Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan.</p><p>Our professional team performed more than 1,500 RCC diamond core cuttings ranging from 25 mm to 250 mm in diameter. Advanced core drilling machines and diamond cutting tools were used to create clean, accurate openings while minimizing vibration, dust and damage to the surrounding concrete structure.</p><p>The project also included precision concrete drilling and chemical anchor installation for structural and construction requirements. Approved chemical anchoring methods were used to deliver strong, reliable and long-lasting fixings.</p><p>For larger structural openings, RES Pakistan used heavy-duty wall saw cutting machines to perform controlled and vibration-free concrete cutting. This advanced cutting method provided smooth and precise results while protecting the integrity of the existing building.</p><p>All work was completed by experienced operators under strict safety procedures, including proper work-area isolation, personal protective equipment, equipment inspection and controlled cutting methods.
